Snow Moon in Leo February 2026

This wintery sparkly snow moon we are seeing a good mix of bright, shiny, happy, positive energies of the Leo vibrant full moon, mixed with a quieter much more detached energy of Aquarius sunstar season. If you are low on energy right now, the Aquarius current may be pulling you into a sleepy state you don’t want to be pulled out of, like a hibernating bear! 🐻💤 Or just making you feel more thoughtful and looking inwards, looking for deeper currents💤💤💤. But if you have some energy or are feeling extroverted you may be raring to go like the Leo Lion roaring! 💤💤💤

You might find a mix of these contrasting vibrations in those around you too! Or you and others may be feeling a mixture of both energies, leading to a bit of a rollercoaster ride🎢 of emotions and energy levels! 🎢🎢🎢🎢🎢

When these energies are expressed into our situations, it can also become a confusing mix of both! Our situations may mirror our complex feelings back to us!

At the moment my best advice is to go with the flow 🌊 If the current takes you into the Leo zone then allow yourself some freedom to self-express, go a little big cat wild! And if Aquarius vibes suddenly catch you up and slam the brakes on, respect this as needed and go within for a little bit again.

If you can’t break out of one or other of these polar extremes, then let it be and try to enjoy it, even if it feels a little alien to you, as it is where you are meant to be right now. And know things will settle down and balance out eventually.

For this healing I’m sending some energies for balance and self-acceptance  of whichever state you are in. The best way to support your energy in whichever extreme you may be in, or for bouncing between the two is a centering crystal. So here I will be working with the heart chakra and solar plexus centre chakras, so a mix of pink, green and yellow crystals. Key ones being yellow jasper, golden citrine, green peridot, green aventurine, rose quartz and rhodochrosite.

Aquarius New Moon and Lunar Chinese New Year ~ Year of the Snake

Wednesday 29th January 2025

This new moon is the first of the year. I am feeling the need for inner child healing for this new moon, with rhodochrosite and bloodstone crystals for compassion (including self-compassion), grounding, calming, soothing, and even releasing trauma. Bloodstone will help find “joy in little things” as the darkness of the skies without the light of the moon can attract some oppressive and negative feelings.

Extra grounding with hematite around the new moon (Sunday to Saturday) will help ease energies around the moon in Capricorn and Pisces as the energy of the new moon becomes heightened.

Happy Chinese, Lunar New Year for Wednesday too! The year of the snake is all about transformation. You may notice big shifts occurring in yourself and in life as opportunities to grow come your way. To transform, you need to know what you want to transform into. And this is why I feel selenite crystal would be great around now, through the new year and for a couple of weeks after Wednesday. Selenite will bring clarity to you and your path and allow the Snake energy to take you forward from there.

2025 Calendar

This year has a special once in an 18.6 year lunar effect which I am sure will create some extra energy for us all. The moon will rise to its highest and lowest points in the sky!

Below is my calendar I have put together to refer to through the year for special energetic events.

January

Mid-Winter season

1st January, the year begins in Capricorn to Aquarius moon. Perhaps these signs will help set the energy direction of the year!

We start the year in the following retrogrades: Mars, Jupiter, Uranus

3rd Jan, Mercury Post-retrograde shadow period ends!

13th Jan Full Wolf Moon in Cancer

19th Jan, Aquarius season begins

29th Jan, New moon in Aquarius

30th Jan, Uranus retrograde ends

~ ♡ ~ In Loving Memory of Emma M ~ ♡ ~

A dear friend who I’ve been healing since the beginning of Firebeans has sadly passed away after a long fight with cancer.

I am so sad to share this news. I will miss her a lot.

Emma M was a wonderful lady, loving, supportive, a true friend. She was also a huge inspiration in my healing work over the years. She was especially inspirational and encouraging in my moon healing programme and astrological effects on our beings.

The moon healing programme will continue in Emma M’s memory.

🍁 Happy Autumn Equinox 2022 🍁

As each season shifts and changes, we experience natural shifts in energy that link us together. Autumn Equinox is happening on 23rd September and already we’ll have felt these changes occurring. You might feel a push-pull effect in your life, painful things might happen directly alongside wonderful things which can leave us in a strange place. Half our energies stay back in Summer and the other half is ready for the new season. (Who says “you can’t be in two places at once!”) As one season ends it brings an end to some things in life which can bring a lot of sadness, but also a lot of joy and relief. As another season opens up, it also opens doors to new possibilities and opportunities which can be really exciting, but also scary and challenging. We experience this together as one, and uniquely, independently. We reflect what is going on in the seasons internally and across our lives.

Now is an excellent time to take stock of what has happened across the Summer for you, or across the whole year. A change in season is a good time to think about everything you have achieved, as well as anything you have sadly lost or left behind. It is time to think of the happy and sad things that life brought to you.

Summer Solstice

2022

Happy Solstice!! Or should I say Soulstice! It is time for the summer of the soul 💖 Time to let the sun shine into your soul and allow yourself to warm to being Alive. Let your gifts glow within you. And embrace some peaceful tranquillity, as though you were sitting meditating on a beach with your favourite cool drink in your hand, watching ripples of water gently lapping at the shore. It’s time to give yourself a spiritual break and enjoy everything you have achieved through the growth time of spring. 

Summer solstice brings the usual complex energies of any solstice and equinox, any change of season! You know how it feels now, you have been here before. There are vast swings of the pendulum of life back and forth occurring in all aspects of life. Sometimes such immense and fast swings it is hard to keep up! Perhaps you are struggling to make up your mind on some things? The change in season can do this, as you feel at the same time in the old season departing and the new season arriving. This complex time energetically can last until we really feel summer has arrived.
