This wintery sparkly snow moon we are seeing a good mix of bright, shiny, happy, positive energies of the Leo vibrant full moon, mixed with a quieter much more detached energy of Aquarius sunstar season. If you are low on energy right now, the Aquarius current may be pulling you into a sleepy state you don’t want to be pulled out of, like a hibernating bear! 
Or just making you feel more thoughtful and looking inwards, looking for deeper currents
. But if you have some energy or are feeling extroverted you may be raring to go like the Leo Lion roaring! 
You might find a mix of these contrasting vibrations in those around you too! Or you and others may be feeling a mixture of both energies, leading to a bit of a rollercoaster ride
of emotions and energy levels! 
When these energies are expressed into our situations, it can also become a confusing mix of both! Our situations may mirror our complex feelings back to us!
At the moment my best advice is to go with the flow If the current takes you into the Leo zone then allow yourself some freedom to self-express, go a little big cat wild! And if Aquarius vibes suddenly catch you up and slam the brakes on, respect this as needed and go within for a little bit again.
If you can’t break out of one or other of these polar extremes, then let it be and try to enjoy it, even if it feels a little alien to you, as it is where you are meant to be right now. And know things will settle down and balance out eventually.
For this healing I’m sending some energies for balance and self-acceptance of whichever state you are in. The best way to support your energy in whichever extreme you may be in, or for bouncing between the two is a centering crystal. So here I will be working with the heart chakra and solar plexus centre chakras, so a mix of pink, green and yellow crystals. Key ones being yellow jasper, golden citrine, green peridot, green aventurine, rose quartz and rhodochrosite.
